David Zerfoss serves as a Chair for Vistage International, the world's leading chief executive organization. He leads groups of CEO's from non-competing companies which form peer groups / board of advisors.
Each individual CEO benefits greatly from the diverse backgrounds, knowledge and insights gained from all the CEO members. He also serves as an Executive in Residence at Queens University, McColl School of Business in Charlotte, NC where he works with MBA and Executive MBA students.
Mr. Zerfoss also serves as the CEO of The Zerfoss Group where he is a consultant to Think Tanks and businesses alike. He shares his broad business knowledge and the importance of understanding a strategic thinking framework in order to produce a simplified, focused roadmap to the company's desired future.
An accomplished motivational and keynote speaker, Zerfoss engages a wide range of national audiences with his wealth of insights on life and business. He is author of two books, Stress is a Choice - 10 Rules to Simplify Your Life published by Simple Truths and Stress Less and Enjoy Each Day published by Thomas Nelson.
Prior to these roles, Zerfoss served as the president of Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc. During his 18 year tenure, he grew sales by 1,700%. He created a strategic plan to transition the company from an import/distributor system to a dealer direct and national accounts sales organization. He led this green field endeavor by setting up new sales teams and processes, warehousing/logistics, marketing, product management, customer service, finance/credit, technical service and administrative functions. He successfully negotiated agreements with distributors, led a plan to add thousands of new dealers and subsequently created dealer direct distribution coast to coast to over 10,000 independent retail and rental equipment dealers.

Kevin O'Connor most recently served as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer of Solectron Corporation (NYSE:SLR), a $13B, industry-leading, Fortune Global 500 electronics manufacturing services provider with more than 67,000 employees and operations in 30 countries.
Solectron remains the only company to win the Malcom Balridge Quality Award twice. Solectron was acquired by Flextronics Corporation in October, 2007.
Prior to this role, Mr. O'Connor served as Head of Human Resources for Axcelis Technologies (NASDAQ:ACLS), Iomega Corporation, and Dell Computer (NASDAQ:DELL). O'Connor began his career with Pepsico and held a variety of line management and Human Resources roles over an 8 year period. His career has taken him to assignments in Illinois, Texas, Malaysia, Singapore, Utah, and Massachusetts.
Mr. O'Connor received a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Operations Management from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He currently resides in Southport, North Carolina.
